Information collected: when you submit an appointment request, we collect the name, contact information, general service location, vehicle details, requested service, preferred date, and concerns you provide.

How it is used: to review your inquiry, contact you about availability, and prepare for an authorized diagnostic appointment. Sending a request does not create a customer agreement or confirm a booking.

Form processing: submissions are processed and stored by our website hosting provider, Netlify, and may generate a notification email. Access is limited to people authorized to manage the business and its website services. We do not sell submitted customer information.

Questions or removal requests: email TrueFaultDiagnostics@gmail.com to ask about your submitted details or request deletion, subject to applicable recordkeeping needs.

Please do not provide payment card information, Social Security numbers, passwords, or other sensitive data through the inquiry form.
