Travel charges, applicable taxes, parts, additional approved diagnostic time, and repairs may be extra. Pre-purchase inspections are limited to accessible conditions and are not warranties.

Do you only work on Honda and Acura vehicles?
Initially, yes. TrueFault is focused on mobile diagnostics for Honda and Acura vehicles. This lets us concentrate our diagnostic process and service information on the platforms we know.
Is the diagnostic fee just for reading trouble codes?
No. Diagnostic service may include verifying the complaint, reviewing codes and data, electrical and mechanical testing, and documenting findings as appropriate. Reading a code is often just the starting point.
Does one hour guarantee you'll find the problem?
No. Some faults require additional access, parts removal, intermittent-condition reproduction, or more testing. We will explain what was found and request approval before billable time exceeds the authorized amount.
Do you perform repairs too?
Yes, selectively. If a repair is suitable for mobile service, it can be quoted after diagnosis. Major repairs, high-voltage hybrid work, programming, and calibration work are not offered at launch.
How do I book an appointment?
Use the appointment inquiry form, call, or email. A request is not a confirmed booking until we reply with an agreed time and scope of work.
